Oops! Looks like either something is broken or the boys have been exceptionally lazy these days. Check back in a bit!

Holiday greetings, everyone!
I know it's been a while since most of you have heard from us, so I wanted to take a moment to give you a quick update.
Bert and I have been playing shows here and there - mostly small gatherings. In case you haven't heard us lately, we've changed our sound quite drastically in the past year, adopting a folksy / acoustic / mellow style. The songs are all essentially the same and we still have all the electronic bleeps and blorps - it's just all done with a much quieter groove.
The shows we've been playing are as much for our own sake as for the audience's. After so many years of performing balls-to-the-walls, energy-laden rock shows, we were a little nervous about how this quieter sound would be perceived by our fans. So, we took some time and played some smaller shows to get a feel for the crowd's response.
Fortunately, people seem to have really embraced what we're trying to do and each show has gotten better and better as we've grown into this new format. A VERY special thank you to everyone who's shared words of encouragement with us during this time, by the way. It's a great feeling to know that we are free to create our music in different ways and still be accepted.
So now, with a renewed sense of confidence, we're starting to kick things into a higher gear. As of last week, we've once again changed practice venues. In this new setting, we'll have easy access to a lot of the technology we had to leave behind while playing in our beautiful house by the water (which we still have available to us...when it gets a little warmer, perhaps). Hopefully having these tools readily available will increase our ability to quickly create new ideas. We'll see how it shakes out!
We're also going to be actively looking for more shows to play. With our quieter sound and more compact stage footprint, we're able to play in a much wider variety of venues, which we're excited about! So, if you know of a great place that you'd like to see us perform at, LET US KNOW ABOUT IT! We'll do our best to set it up.
Lastly, we want to wish everyone the happiest of holidays. Spend some time with the people who are most important in your life - your family. Take a moment to reflect on the reasons YOU celebrate this time of year, whatever they may be. Most of all, thank you all SO MUCH for your continued love and support.
Take care,
Daniel - Kill Ketura
